The RFI list view displays all RFIs created for a project at different stages. Project managers can perform the following actions from the RFI list view.

RFI list view
List View:
Displays all the created RFIs with the corresponding details:
Comments Log - Track the status and progress of the inspection request. Read more on Comments log
RFI Status Indicator - This shows if the RFI is newly created or approved
Record No. - system auto-generates and displays the record number
Type - Purpose of the RFI; if the RFI is for material, design, or drawing clarification, or missing details in contractual obligations
Requisition Date - Date of requesting the inspection
Inspected Date - Date of scheduling the inspection
Created By - The individual who raised the request for inspection
Responsible Person - Owner for the RFI. The individual who must take action on the RFI
Title - Label for the RFI; a brief title that describes the RFI purpose

Sort Options: Move your cursor over a column header to see the arrow that displays to sort the items in that column in ascending or descending order
Search and Filter options: Quickly and easily narrow down the list of RFI records based on certain search criteria. See Search and Filter RFIs for more details
