A brief descriptive title
A reference code, such as site location reference, for tracking purposes
The Date on which the inspection is requested and scheduled

To create an RFI:
Step 1: Within a project, navigate to the Communications menu on the sidebar and select RFI
Step 2: Click the Add new button on the top right of the page
Step 3: Fill out the information for the new inspection request in the form and save your settings
Type - Purpose of the RFI; if the RFI is for material, design, or drawing clarification, or missing details in contractual obligations
Title - Label for the RFI; a brief title that describes the RFI purpose
Reference - A reference number or code that describes the RFI for tracking purposes.
Quantity - Calculation of the number of items or units needed for inspection. For example, complete verifying(inspection) the number of raw materials procured and approved
Requisition Date - Date of requesting the inspection
Requisition Time - The Time the request for inspection is made
Inspection Called Date - Date of scheduling the inspection
Inspection Called Time - Time of scheduling the inspection
Details - Additional notes or remarks about the inspection
