Linking inspection requests to other modules like work orders, insurance, submittals, and more when creating and submitting an RFI is made easy.
Establishing a link between one RFI and another module ensures all relevant information is accessible to the inspectors and other stakeholders.Â
Linking helps improve the efficiency and accuracy of an inspection. Additionally, linking requests helps call for action in response to inspection findings.
To link requests:
Step 1: From the Inspections page, click the Links button on the top-right of the Page
Step 2: Click the Add New button from the Inspections List column view
Step 3: Select the module that you want to link the RFI to from the drop-down list
Step 4: Save your settings
