With the Comments in the Request for Inspection module, users can track the status and progress of their inspection requests. 

On submitting an inspection request, the module creates a record allowing the user to add comments to the submitted request record. 

These comments can vary from notes to additional information or updates. Other users can also read the comments to stay informed about the request's progress.

If the inspection request is rejected or returned, the user will receive a notification and can see the comments explaining the reason for the rejection or return. Users can make the necessary corrections and resubmit the request.
