Pick the records crucial to your project and create a personalized view that finally displays in the list columns(log page view).
With the log page view:
See a summary of newly added or modified records
Sort records in ascending or descending order in the list columns and finally
Analyze the records that are most important to you
The system provides you with the facility to use the readily available Log page views in projects or modify the default views for a different purpose.
Step 1: Navigate to the Log page menu within a module
Step 2: Click the Add New button
Step 3: Provide a name to the view and enter a short description
Step 4: Define the columns for the View by moving the fields from Available section into Selected section
Step 5: Save your settings
Result: The created view displays in the list columns (log page view)

From the View creation page, move the columns from Available section into Selected section and save your settings.
After setting up the view, select the Default checkbox and save.Â
System displays a message prompting you to confirm setting this view as a default template. Click OK.
Result: System automatically returns you to the list columns (log page view) and displays the View updated successfully message
Note: If you miss to set the view as default during creation, you also have an option to do so from the list columns (log page view). Just select the checkbox for the view under the column "Is Default".

The system provides you with the choice to use the default log views created for a module that appears at the Project level within the module or configure your personalized view at the project level.

Click the Configure Views button and modify the relevant default Log Page View.
Click the Filter button from Log Page View to enable sorting and filtering. Next, click the sort button to rearrange the records in ascending or descending order.
