View and Sort Folders and Files

With Document Manager, you can view and access the files uploaded by others and shared with you. You can also sort the folders and files in the preferred order: ascending or descending.

The different views offered in Document Manager include:

• List View: opens by default when you access the Document Manager and displays details of each file item in the corresponding columns. Selection of one or more files is possible from the list view.

• Grid View: displays every folder and file item like a card object on the page. Every card object contains an individual file description of its details. The system restricts selecting multiple files in this view. 

• You can also switch between the list view and the grid. Just click the button on the top-right of the toolbar.
