The system recognizes every upload carried out by the user and assigns a new version to the uploaded file. On revising and checking in the documents, the revision control automatically captures the latest changes and increments a new file version.Â
All the previous versions are also retained in the system and available for viewing. The last version always displays in the Document Manager list view, in addition to the earlier versions accessible for viewing within the versions tab in Document Properties.
At any given point in time, the system allows users to download any version of the file for reviewing or updating.
