Feature to provide more context to the user about what the user needs to input in a field within the form.
Help Text is placed below a form field to help users prevent an error and describe what makes the form field useful.
You can define the Help Text for any field on any form to prompt users to enter relevant information.
Select the form field you wish to add supporting text to and type your desired description in the Help Text field. The Help Text dosen't appear in the field entry area but displays below the field.
Follow these steps to add Help Text text to your field within the Form Builder:
Step 1: Select the form field you wish to add Help Text to.
Step 2: Type your desired text within the Help Text field in the Properties pane.
Note(s):
a) As you type the Help Text in the Properties pane, observe the text simultaneously appears below the field in the Form Designer.
b) You cannot apply any style to Help Text.
Step 3: Save Your Settings
If you do not want your label to appear above the Field on your published page, then you can hide the field label.
To hide a Field Label, select the form field and click "Hide Label" from the Properties pane. You'll see the Field Label disappear from the Form Design window when you enable this option.
You can turn it on at a later point when needed.
