Tenant-level setting — Masters now handles the entire configuration-related information. After creating the Master in tenant-level, you can make it accessible through Menus at the workspace or project levels.
You also have the facility to move the Masters module menu across any group within the menus.
Follow the steps to add a New Master:
Step 1: At the Tenant-level, navigate to Settings menu and select Masters
Step 2: Click on the Add new master button
Step 3: Enter the Name, Display Name, and save your settings
Result: The created master now displays in the Masters main page list with Created by, Updated by and Updated at details.

Step 1: From the Masters main page, click the master record you created to access the Forms menu
Step 2: Click the Forms menu and again click the Add new form button on the Forms main page
Step 3: Provide a Name for your form and tab-out
Observe that the Table name automatically displays in read-only mode. Understand that this table stores your form details.
Step 4: Specify the Kind of access for the form and proceed to Save your settings
Result: The created form now displays in the Forms main page list with Created by, Updated by, and Updated at details.

You can customize the form to your needs by adding the fields from Form Builder.
Follow the steps to customize the Form:
Pre-requisite: From the Forms main page, open the form that you want to customize
Step 1: From the Form Builder, drag and drop the fields into the form
Step 2: A preview of your form fields appears after you place the fields on the form.
Note: You also have the facility to change the order of the fields; just drag and drop the fields on the Form.
Step 3: To edit a specific form fields, click on the field and make the changes in the Properties that appears on the right side.

You can make the Tenant-level master module accessible through Menus at the workspace and project levels.
In addition, you can move this Master module from All Menus into any group under the Current menus.
Follow the steps to access tenant-level modules across different menus:
Step 1: From the Workspace Settings, click Menu setup
Result: The Menu page appears with different tabs for Tenant, Workspace, and Project
Step 2: Observe the Masters Module that you created appears across all the tabs
