PMEs can control the exact level of access a group of users can have at the company-level, tenant-level, as well as project-level.
PME's must have the requisite permissions at Company level to create groups, edit group users, and view groups.
Configuration for Managing Groups and Users
After landing into the application, you can access user groups from the Tenant-level and Project-level to define users and permissions.
Access Tenant-level Groups and Users
Access Project-level Users
Click the Add new button on User group page and specify the group details and permissions from the page.
You can set permissions for different modules, custom modules, and choose the configurations that must display in the project navigation.

After creating users and groups, you will be able to view them from the Tenant-level and Project-level.
