Understand the different types of account levels related to the system.
System site administration users or back-end development users in charge of setting and configuring the PMEs or system users, and specifying all advance access-related options to the accounts and project deployment.
Customers can reach out to DEV account for consulting on specific requirements that they would prefer in their system, apart from the custom options that are available to them.
“Project Monitoring Engineer” primarily focuses on producing data-driven reports and dashboards to monitor projects efficiently and accurately.
Our in-house PME will assist you with project monitoring tasks such as data collection, consolidation, analysis, planning, and costing on a daily, weekly, or regular basis to help you run your projects smoothly and efficiently.
During the onboarding process, PME will guide you through the steps needed to set up and use our project monitoring tools and resources. They will be available to answer any questions you may have and provide support as needed.
With the help of your PME, you can focus on managing and executing your projects, knowing that you have expert support to help you with the monitoring process. If you have any questions or need additional assistance, reach out to your PME or the System support team.
Data-entry users responsible to carry out routine project-related tasks depending on the access and permissions provided in a module or project.

1. DEV must create user account before providing access to exto platform
2. User account must be listed into one or more customer category. This enables easy work assignment to relevant user account.
3. Customers must be created as company group account profile by Dev team for classifying users, workspaces, and projects for a determined customer or project leading company.
Setup Groups and add users to provide access and permission for configuration, module accessibility, and work management.
You can provide access and permissions to different groups and users only at the Tenant and Project levels.
After landing into the application, the first screen that you see is at the Tenant-level that contains the projects associated with the logged-in user.
Click on the relevant project in the list to view the project-level screen.
