Incorrect Password Attempts

What happens if you make five wrong attempts when entering a password?

After five incorrect password attempts, the application locks you out and prevents logging in again for almost an hour. This security measure prevents unauthorized access by anyone who can guess a password through trial and error.

During the password lockout time, you cannot access the application even if you enter the correct password.

If the lockout time has exceeded the prescribed time and the system restricts you from resetting the password, then send mail to the system admin to reset the password.

It's important to remember that the lockout feature helps protect your account and prevents unauthorized access; hence we recommend you pay attention to enter the correct password when logging into the application each time.
