Actions Triggered from Mobile Application data...
The Geotagging integration enables the execution of location-specific workflow tasks and empowers users with valuable insights related to their geographical context.
Once the Mobile application sends the geolocation details to the service, subsequent actions get triggered for saving as a draft, creating, and submitting against a specific record. Also, the Workflow configuration runs on the default rule: Anyone should submit.Â
Actions and Interpretation:
Save as draft: Record created but not initialized. Users can edit anytime in the future as the record behaves as a draft record.
Create: At this point, the step-1 user submits the record, the record initializes and moves to the Next step user if available.
Submit: At this point, the Step 2 user can have multiple options, such as Approve, Reject or Return and customize the record.
