Set up access controls and permissions within the collaborative platform to ensure only authorized members can access the label templates and data. Levels of access can vary across different stakeholders as per business needs.

2. Design Your Label Template

Create or design your label templates with the Attributes under each label template. Users can define the product name, type, keywords, print density, and size.

2. Standardize Label Templates

The system allows you to standardize the label templates that are user-friendly and compatible with systems used by suppliers and logistics providers. Standardization ensures that everyone understands the template format and can share templates with suppliers, third-party logistics providers(3PLs), and customers to ensure all stakeholders have accurate label templates with current data coming from supply chain management systems.

3. Implement a Collaborative Platform

The collaborative platform allows users to share label templates and data with suppliers and logistics providers. The available two groups of label templates include those created by you and those shared with you by others. It's easy to track them, toggle view, manage, and print as needed.

4. Maintain Backup and Version Control

The system allows for backup and version control of label templates, ensuring the restoration of previous versions in case of issues.

5. Label Printing

The system supports both the label printers — ZPL and PDF. The ZPL system enables printing to printers configured on the network. Similarly, the Document printer supports printing on A4 or US Letter paper.
