Items within a project's repository are available for viewing by the project participants, depending on the permission type assigned to the members.
Required Role(s): PME, Site Admin
Access permissions types for folders and files:
Document Controller - Specified members in the project who has access, can create folders, and upload documents
Edit Document Metadata - Specified members in the project who has access to edit the Document metadata
Project Documents - Specific members or groups who can view or edit the folders and files
To set access rights to the Document Manager module and its folder or files:
Step 1: Navigate to the Project setting from the Settings menu in the sidebar
Step 2: Access the Groups menu and open any group from the list
Step 3: Specify the Users who must have access to Document Manager
Step 4: Specify the module and configuration parameters for the Document manager
